If you passed the state exam and submitted a license application BEFORE October 1, 2007, and are renewing an original salesperson license for the first time, this is the renewal for you. You must complete five separate three-hour DRE courses.

You may not take the final on the same day you enroll in the course. By law, you must wait a minimum of two days. The final exam is open book and does not require a proctor.

First-time licensees before October 1, 2007 must complete courses in the following:

Important Notice: If your license expiration date was after 6/30/07, you must take a 3 hour Risk Management Course to renew your license as well as 12 hours of education. Allied's renewal package has the course you need! You may not take the final exam the same day you enroll in the course. By law, you must wait a minimum of one day. You have up to one year to complete the coursework.
